Leappad ultra e-book cartridge releases 2013
Leappad 1 and 2 now have a wide range of ultra eBooks. They combine e-books, mini games, and other activities to help bring stories and learning to life.
Like traditional e-books the cartridges will contain an animated story featuring well known characters from the world of Leapfrog, Disney and more. Children will be able to follow the story on screen and click on words to hear them sounded out. However in addition they will feature mini games and activities to increase the interactive-ness of the e-book. Another cleaver feature is that each story has been written at three different skill levels, which will change to suite your child’s current ability level, and keeping the story fresh.
All cartridge e-books teach:
- Listening and reading comprehension
- Vocabulary skills
- Phonics skills
- Word recognition
